Follow our certified guidelines to submit your genuine Apple accessory for warranty replacement.
Warranty Eligibility Criteria
To ensure high reliability and fast turn-around, APEX Pakistan maintains a strict validation policy. Please read the core conditions before sending your accessory:
Reseller Purchase Only
The product must be purchased from registered APEX resellers. Accessories purchased through unauthorized gray-market channels will not be entertained under any circumstances.
No Physical Damage
The accessory must be free from any external physical damage, liquid ingress, cracks, cable snaps, or unauthorized modifications. Cosmetic wear is accepted.
No Fluctuation Burnout
Dysfunction caused by electricity breakdowns or voltage fluctuations (common power surges) is excluded from warranty coverage. Circuit boards are tested for surge marks.
The Claims Procedure
Step 1: Check Warranty Eligibility
VerificationVerify that the product is within the official 12-month warranty timeline. The item must have been purchased from an authorized APEX reseller. It must have zero physical damage and no signs of voltage fluctuation burnout.
Step 2: Register Claim & Pack Item
RegistrationSubmit a claim request using our digital form, or reach out to our official Pakistan claim center via WhatsApp. Securely package your accessory in its original box (if available) with a printout of your name, phone number, and registered claim token.
Step 3: Ship to Diagnostics Lab
TransitSend your product through any local courier service (TCS, Leopard, M&P) directly to our Lahore Claim Center. Alternatively, you can physically visit our claim center in DHA Phase 7, Lahore, to hand over the product.
Step 4: 72-Hour Diagnostics & Repair
DiagnosticsOnce your product reaches our diagnostics lab, our Apple-certified engineers will verify the hardware status. Diagnostic and replacement duration mainly takes up to 72 hours of official working days, depending on product availability.
Step 5: Return Delivery
ResolutionOnce resolved, your replacement or repaired genuine accessory is delivered back to your address free of charge via premium courier. Customers can also choose to physically collect the accessory directly at our Lahore claim center.
